This morning, a highly attended Gluten-Free Algerian Culinary Workshop took place, where Said Selila and Samia Bessadi guided participants through the preparation of traditional Algerian and international dishes – completely gluten-free.
At noon, a frequently popular point of the programme followed: the Gluten-Free Country Feast at Lincer Diete BGMJ, where visitors enjoyed authentic Slovenian flavours in a safe and certified GF edition.
The evening concluded with a very special highlight – a Two Chef's Dinner at House Linhart, created by Janez Repolusk and Uroš Štefelin. The exclusive gluten-free fine dining menu impressed both local guests and international visitors.
27th September 2025 once again proved how rich and diverse gluten-free gastronomy can be, and created the perfect introductory atmosphere for the main Expo day.

The main exhibition day of Gluten-Free Expo Slovenia 2025 in Radovljica once again brought together visitors, experts, and providers from all over Slovenia and abroad.
The expo took place between 10 AM and 5 PM, and entry was free for all attendees. With the purchase of a wristband, they secured access to an extensive educational programme, workshops, and cooking demonstrations.
Popular cooking shows were held throughout the day in the demo kitchen, including a gluten-free brunch with Alja Poharc and Eurospin, two stews by the Slovenian Society for Celiac Disease, and vegan specialties by Artichoke Gluten Free.
At the lectures, experts shed light on topics such as self-healing, the impact of emotions on health, coeliac disease diagnostics, and personal experiences of living gluten-free.
A diverse children's programme was prepared for the youngest, featuring a drawing workshop by Maja P. Kastelic, face painting, and a magic show by Sam Sebastian.
The atmosphere was complemented by an entertaining programme with a raffle, a guided tour of the old town centre, live music, and a tasting of local Radovljica chocolate.
28th September 2025 was once again a day of knowledge, community, cuisine, and authentic connectivity – and a splendid conclusion to Gluten-Free Expo Slovenia 2025.
